Así es como esta franquicia se ha dedicado a explotar sin garantías laborales a sus trabajadores como es el caso de Sebastiana C. H. misma que se desempeño como empleada multifuncional para la citada empresa de donde fue despedida hace casi tres años sin que hasta la fecha le hayan pagado un solo centavo.
El juicio fui iniciado en los nuevos tribunales laborales del Estado que en sus inicios prometían ser prontos y expeditos, en pocas palabras se percibían como un salvavidas inmediato para la clase trabajadora.
Pero la realidad y las sorpresas no se han dejado esperar pues los resultados en favor de los más vulnerables han resultado casi nulos mientras que los arreglos bajo la mesa para alargar los procesos parecen cobrar fuerzas con el clásico pretexto de la carga de trabajo.
Y no es un caso exclusivo amigo lector déjeme decirles que la situación no parece pintar para mejor pues las largas filas para checar expedientes, la rotación de personal y la pasividad de las autoridades son la espada que remata las necesidades tanto de empleados como de litigantes.
